AnalyticsAt the start of every engagement or campaign, we identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) upon which we will measure effectiveness. There may be many other variables that we measure, but at the end of the day, we are accountable to those KPI’s that you identify as success factors. We have developed our own proprietary tracking and reporting system that serves as the basis for all campaign analysis. The customization and granular level of detail that this tracking technology provides allows LSF to look at in-depth data and research down to the keyword level, source or funnel process. This extensive campaign data gives us the ability to cater campaign reporting to a client’s specific needs as well as allows the team to provide ad hoc analysis depending on any specific issues that may arise. Our system goes deeper than the competition, providing e-commerce analytics, goal/path analysis, order and revenue data and “cost of marketing” analysis. The end result is a tool that we use to maximize ROI, properly allocate budgets and diversify campaign sources.
